I offer sessions only virtually at this time.

Absolutely. Your privacy is my top priority. I understand that as a leader or executive, maintaining discretion is crucial. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can bring everything you’re experiencing—panic, stress, identity pressures, or imposter syndrome—without worrying about professional or social fallout. You can show up fully, be honest, and explore what’s really going on inside, knowing that your personal and professional life are completely protected.
-
There’s no single “ideal” candidate for EMDR or somatic therapy. These therapies can be beneficial for people at many different stages of life. If you’ve been curious about EMDR or somatic therapy and wonder if it might be right for you, I invite you to schedule a consultation with me.

I offer two types of therapy sessions so we can tailor our work to your needs and pace:
55-minute session: $255
85-minute extended session: $385
Insurance & Reimbursement
I’m an out-of-network (OON) provider, which means you pay the session fee upfront.
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement.I provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.
For example, if your plan reimburses 80% of out-of-network services, your out-of-pocket cost could be around $50–$70 per session.
Please note that reimbursement rates vary by plan, and I cannot guarantee coverage. To make things easier, you can use the Mentaya benefits checker below to see what your plan may cover and estimate your out-of-pocket cost before booking.

Absolutely. And you deserve that investment.
Many of us have been taught—directly or indirectly—that we have to push through, that rest or care is indulgent, or that our mental health doesn’t come first. But it does. You do.
We often pour time, energy, and money into caring for others or maintaining the lives we’ve built — into our careers, our communities, our appearance, or our growth. Your mental and emotional well-being deserve that same level of care and investment.
As Audre Lorde reminds us, “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”
Caring for your mental health—especially in today’s climate—is an act of self-preservation, resistance, and deep worthiness. And for Black, queer, and unconventional leaders, founders, and senior creatives, that care often requires a space that understands the unique intersection of identity, responsibility, and visibility you carry. There are many skilled clinicians and clinics in New York, but few designed specifically for those navigating success on the outside while privately holding so much inside.
I offering specialized support for Black, queer, and unconventional executives and senior leaders who are ready to invest in deeper healing, groundedness, and self-connection.
Our consultation is a space to explore whether this investment makes sense for you. It’s your time to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and see what feels aligned.
The return on this investment? A stronger relationship with yourself, more clarity, and a grounded sense of who you are.

Many people looking for mental health care assume they have to find an in-network therapist covered by their insurance, but that’s not always the case. I am an out-of-network (OON) provider, which means you pay for sessions upfront, and your insurance may reimburse you for some or all of the cost. Many insurance plans in New York cover 50% to 100% of therapy, even with out-of-network providers.
To make this easier, you can use the Mentaya benefits checker below to see what your insurance plan may cover and estimate your out-of-pocket cost before booking.
If your insurance doesn’t cover out-of-network therapy, you can still pay out of pocket, and we’ll work with you to ensure you get the support you need.

I offer extended 85-minute sessions because sometimes 55 minutes just isn’t enough — especially when we’re doing deeper work.
Extended sessions create more spaciousness for things like grounding, EMDR or somatic work, or simply taking our time without feeling rushed. Many clients find that the extra time allows them to settle in more fully, explore emotions at a deeper level, and leave feeling more integrated and grounded.
You might benefit from an extended session if:
You often feel like we’re “just getting started” when the session ends
You’re processing trauma, grief, or intense emotions that need more space
You value having time for both depth work and grounding or integration before wrapping up
You prefer a slower, more embodied pace
Others find that the 55-minute sessions are just right for their ongoing work or when life feels more steady.
We can always discuss what feels best for your current season and goals — there’s no right or wrong pace, just what supports your healing most.

Executive coaching primarily focuses on skills and performance. Therapy with me goes deeper, addressing the underlying emotional, somatic, and relational patterns that influence your work, relationships, and sense of self. Through EMDR, somatic therapy, and supportive exploration, we tackle the stress, imposter syndrome, and burnout that often hide behind a polished professional exterior—so you can feel grounded and whole.
-
Sometimes! In order to build momentum and create real, embodied change, I occasionally suggest practices to explore between sessions. These aren’t “worksheets” or busywork — eff that. Instead, I offer things that help you stay connected to your process in meaningful ways.
Depending on what we’re working on, that might look like guided journaling, grounding, breathing practices or, somatic tracking (noticing sensations or emotions in the body). I may also recommend books, podcasts, or even films that align with what’s coming up for you — things that help deepen self-awareness and keep the healing work alive between our sessions.
The goal isn’t to add more to your to-do list — it’s to support you in weaving the insights from therapy into your daily life, so the growth continues long after the hour ends.
-
You might come into therapy with a sense of what you hope this work will be — maybe you imagine gaining more clarity, feeling less anxious, or finally letting go of old patterns that no longer serve you. Hold that vision for a moment. Take a deep breath in… and out.
Now, I want you to know that the work we’ll do together will likely go even deeper than you expect. Our sessions aren’t just about talking — they’re about slowing down, tuning in, and allowing real emotional and somatic shifts to happen. At times, that may mean feeling things you’ve kept tucked away for a long time. But you won’t be doing it alone — I’ll be right there with you, helping you stay grounded, present, and connected as we move through it together.
To get the most out of our work, come with an open mind, a willingness to be curious about your inner world, and patience with your own process. Healing isn’t linear, but over time, you’ll notice yourself moving with more ease, clarity, and alignment.
By the end of our time together, my hope is that you’ll look back and think, “This was more powerful and more life-changing than I ever expected.” And when that moment comes, I’ll remind you to thank yourself — for having the courage to begin.
