Stop surviving. Start living.

Stop surviving. Start living.

You’ve always been the unshakableone — until one day, your body says “no” in front of everyone. The panic attack mid-presentation. The project that falls apart. The mistake that shatters your strong reputation.

You’ve built a life that people admire or even envy — but lately, your body is calling a timeout you didn’t plan for. The intense panic before a important meeting, the sleepless nights, the tight chest that comes out of nowhere — it’s like your body is saying, I can’t keep doing this.”

You’ve done everything “right” — the career, the leadership, the success — yet it’s getting harder to hold it all together.

There’s a deep exhaustion beneath the achievement — the kind that can’t be fixed by another vacation, a fun night out with your favorite people, a meditation app, or an early-morning workout.

You carry the weight of being the one who made it, the pressure to never slip, and the quiet fear of what might happen if you do.

The thoughts running through your mind — spoken or unspoken — might sound like…

I can’t believe I lost it in that meeting. I can’t let that happen again — there’s too much on my shoulders. But I also can’t stop. My body’s screaming ‘no,’ and I’ve tried it all — workouts, meds, mindfulness… nothing sticks.”

I’ve been killing it — promotions, milestones, recognition — so why do I still feel like I’m hanging by a thread?”

I’m proud of what I’ve built — but guilt shadows it, like I’ve made it while the people around me are still fighting to get there.”

Everyone sees confidence. They don’t see the panic before the board meeting… the nights I replay every choice, every mistake, over and over.”

Hi, I’m Danielle Robbins (she/her),

I’m here to help you navigate the moments when everything feels like it’s unraveling — when your body finally says “no” and it feels like you can’t hold it together anymore.

II’m a licensed therapist offering embodied, research-backed care for Black women, queer folks, and unconventional professionals and executives who carry the weight of success — and the hidden strain that comes with it. I know firsthand what it’s like to move through high-stakes spaces as a Black queer professional, holding immense responsibility while quietly managing pressure, anxiety, and the expectation to never slip. Whew.

If that landed — I get it. This isn’t easy.

Working with me is real, grounded, and affirming — a space where the quiet pressures of being different in high-pressure professional spaces are truly seen, honored, and centered. Here, you can finally come undone, explore your full identity, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been silenced.

Together, we honor all parts of you — from the wounded inner child to the part that lights up at a Beyoncé anthem. You deserve a life where you can flourish, thrive, and live unapologetically! I walk beside you as you return to the wholeness and freedom that’s always been yours.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-informed therapy that helps the brain and body process painful experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming or stuck. Using gentle techniques like eye movements or tapping, EMDR supports healing without needing to talk through every detail. It’s especially powerful for folks carrying the weight of past harm—whether from identity-based trauma, childhood wounds, or chronic stress. Learn more

  • Somatic therapy offers a supportive space to gently process the painful experiences your body may still be holding — even if you’ve never spoken them aloud.
Trauma isn’t just stored in the mind — it can shape how you breathe, move, relate, and respond to the world around you. Somatic therapy helps you reconnect with your body’s signals and survival responses, so you can begin to release what’s been held — without needing to relive every detail. Learn More

I work with professionals and executives — many of whom are Black women, queer, or nontraditional — who’ve spent years holding it all together until something cracks: a panic attack mid-meeting, a costly mistake, or the moment the mask slips in front of everyone.

Clients often share that working together helps them feel calmer, more confident, and able to show up fully at work and in life.

“Danielle brings deep expertise in EMDR and somatic therapy, combining skill with empathy to help clients make meaningful progress.”
